Impact in Action: Partner Highlights

Ball Foundation

Thanks to the generous support of the Ball Foundation during the 2024–2025 school year, JASON Learning was successfully integrated into four Texas school districts located near Ball facilities: Mansfield ISD, Humble ISD, Dayton ISD, and Texas City ISD. Through this partnership, approximately 98,000 students and 6,600 educators gained access to JASON’s full suite of standards-aligned digital curriculum, professional development, and implementation support.

With the Ball Foundation’s renewed investment for the 2025–2026 school year, JASON Learning is poised to deepen its impact in Texas and expand into new communities across the U.S. The program’s projected reach will grow to serve more than 266,000 students and 18,000 educators nationwide.

This collaboration aligns with the Ball Foundation’s commitment to education, sustainability, and workforce development by providing teachers and students with the tools to explore real-world STEM challenges and prepare for the future.

Recycled Materials Association (ReMA)

JASON Learning proudly partners with the Recycled Materials Association (ReMA) to spark curiosity, creativity, and commitment to sustainability through hands-on recycling education. Together, we are equipping students and educators with the tools and knowledge they need to better understand the recycling industry and build a cleaner future.

This collaboration includes:
-Co-developing and distributing the interactive Recycling Activities Collection
-Hosting the annual National Youth Recycling Contest
-Providing professional development for educators
-Expanding access to JASON for underserved communities nationwide

In 2025, more than 600 students rose to the challenge in the Youth Recycling Contest, creatively tackling real-world issues through recycling-focused projects. Students worked solo or in teams of two, submitting projects in two categories: poster and video.

Thanks to the generosity of 10 ReMA-member sponsors, schools, districts, and community organizations across the U.S. received fully sponsored access to JASON Learning’s STEM programming. These sponsors helped ensure equitable participation and broadened the impact of our shared mission.

We are grateful to the following 2024-25 ReMA sponsors and their sponsored organizations:
-Venture Metals: Barack Obama Male Leadership Academy
-Northern Ohio ReMA Chapter: Springfield Local School District
-Kripke Enterprises: Explorer’s Academy
-CMC Metals: Crockett Early College High School
-Monterrey Metal Recycling Solutions: Kelly Academy
-Davis Index: Genesee Valley CSD
-Sean Davidson: St. Patrick's Elementary
-Jules AI: Keshequa CSD
-New England ReMA Chapter: Boys and Girls Village School and Lynn Technical School
-Metal Conversions: Mansfield Local

JASON and ReMA co-created the “Recycling Activities Collection,” an engaging STEM curriculum series paired with a national youth recycling contest, PD opportunities, and access to JASON for underserved communities.
