In 2022, Kristen Antoine-Morse, Science Curriculum Supervisor, and Michael Robinson, Chief Academic Officer from East Baton Rouge Parish School System (EBRPS), used one of JASON’s award-winning Design & Pitch Challenges to energize learning across K-12!

Operation Lifeline is one of nine challenges designed by JASON Learning in partnership with North Carolina State University. In Operation Lifeline, students design a way to deliver critical medicines to the people who need them the most in times of disasters.

East Baton Rouge Parish Schools creatively differentiated Operation Lifeline for different grade levels to create an entire school-wide STEM competition! Check out East Baton Rouge’s introductory video inviting students to team up and enter the competition and the website they created to guide all grade levels through their challenges: https://youtu.be/LHPE8osiRHw.

You can visit East Baton Rouge’s website, created to guide all grade levels through their unique challenge: https://bit.ly/EBRSPRINGSTEM.

Operation Lifeline can be found for FREE in our award-winning Design & Pitch Challenges Collection, where students solve real-world problems, research, gather information, design, prototype, test, and redesign solutions!
