ASHBURN, VA (September 3, 2024)—JASON Learning, a nonprofit leader in STEM education, is excited to announce its remarkable success at the 2024 Educators’ Pick Best of STEM Awards. The organization has been recognized with three category wins and one finalist placement, underscoring the innovation and impact of its educational programs.

The Educators’ Pick Best of STEM® Awards is the only program created by and for educators, with a qualified panel of STEM educators serving as judges. Operated in partnership with the National Association of Biology Teachers (NABT) and MCH Strategic Data, this prestigious awards program honors innovative, trusted, and distinctive STEM resources that are making a difference in classrooms nationwide. The winners are selected by thousands of STEM educators who recognize the products, technologies, and services that are transforming the world of STEM education.

I’m so excited and thankful to share these awards with the amazing STEM organizations who graciously shared their expertise and people to inspire and guide the development of these award-winning instructional modules.

Finalist – Best Use of AI for Teaching & Learning

Trustworthy AI: Computer Vision Essentials – Developed in partnership with Doddridge County Schools in West Virginia and ROC, this curriculum equips students with essential skills in artificial intelligence, focusing on computer vision. Since 2022, JASON Learning has proudly secured seven Best of STEM Awards and one finalist placement, reflecting its unwavering commitment to excellence in STEM education. These accolades include recognition for its Early Childhood STEM Program, which introduces young learners to the wonders of STEM through engaging, age-appropriate content. The Pathways to Success: Career Exploration curriculum has been honored for guiding students in discovering potential career paths in STEM fields. 

Additionally, the VIMS: Beyond the Water Bottle – Minimizing Microplastic Pollution program has been celebrated for addressing critical environmental challenges, while the Design & Pitch Challenges in STEM earned acclaim for fostering design thinking and entrepreneurship among students through hands-on, real-world problem-solving activities.
