NEWS RELEASE

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

ASHBURN, VA (October 23, 2025)—JASON Learning, a leading non-profit organization dedicated to fostering STEM education and future career readiness, today announced an exciting new partnership with CyberSphere Gaming, the pioneer in cybersecurity EduGaming. This collaboration will immediately expand access to CyberSphere Gaming’s immersive, game-based learning platform for thousands of students nationwide, helping to build the next generation of cyber professionals.

The partnership aims to directly address the critical talent gap in the cybersecurity sector, which faces over 3.2 million unfilled jobs. By integrating CyberSphere Gaming’s interactive Cyber EduGames and competitive CyberSphere Challenge into JASON’s educational outreach programs, the initiative will expose youth as young as seven to essential industry concepts, ethical hacking, and digital defense skills in a fun and engaging environment.

“Our partnership with CyberSphere Gaming allows us to bring cybersecurity learning to life and blend real-world problem-solving through gamification and competition. By creating gamification from elementary to high school, we are building the next generation of digital warriors.”

Dr. Eleanor Smalley, CEO and President of JASON Learning

Through this joint effort, JASON Learning will sponsor licenses, facilitate group learning sessions, and host regional qualifying events for the CyberSphere Challenge, encouraging participants to test their skills nationally and compete for cash prizes and the coveted CyberWarrior Crown.

This means students who complete the certification not only gain real-world problem-solving experience—they also move closer to earning their high school diploma and advancing toward postsecondary education or careers. By aligning academic achievement with workforce expectations, the certification creates a clear, impactful bridge between classroom learning and future success.

“CyberSphere Gaming is excited to partner with JASON Learning, a partner that has continued to test the limits and achieve new heights in STEM education nationally and globally. This strategic partnership will expand the cybersecurity educational offerings to engage, educate and ignite a new workforce of cybersecurity professionals. With JASON working school districts across the nation, we are confident this partnership will elevate CyberSphere Gaming and bring our products to the masses.”

Justin Drummond, Founder of CyberSphere Gaming

Two games, CyberSphere Trivia and Operation Hawkeye are available now to current JASON subscribers. For non-JASON subscribers, these two games will be available in JASON’s shop on November 3.
