Playwatch Kids’ videos inspire learning through positive and empowering storytelling, music, and movement.
The Science of Reading is a collection of research showcasing the best practices in teaching students how to read. The systematic strategies and structures include evidence-based instruction with data to support the reliability and success of students learning to read. Playwatch Kids and JASON Learning have partnered to create supplemental videos and suggested activities within the word recognition strands to support phonological awareness, decoding, and sight word recognition. These engaging short-form videos and accompanying suggested activities help students engage with and learn about the wonderful world of literacy.
This includes a teacher account, access to the Video Sampler, plus all of the videos on Literacy, for one year. These videos are excellent for whole-class engagement and can be used to introduce and expand on these critical topics!
