NEWS RELEASE
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

ASHBURN, VA (June 12, 2024)—Cuebric—a leading industry-grade AI creative tool that allows users to create, segment, and dimensionalize scenes for filming and go from Concept To Camera™ in minutes—announced its partnership with JASON Learning, a renowned national nonprofit organization dedicated to providing equitable STEM education programs.

Cuebric’s platform offers a dynamic, interactive environment where students can collaborate on projects, utilize generative AI tools, and explore complex concepts. By combining this technology with JASON Learning’s expertise in curriculum development, the partnership aims to create a comprehensive educational experience that supports diverse learning styles and enables students to visualize and interact with STEM concepts in a highly engaging way.

Together, Cuebric and JASON Learning are also developing a new project-based learning curriculum focused on creativity and AI and utilizing Cuebric’s innovative platform. The new curriculum will be available to schools and educators nationwide beginning September 2024. Attendees at the JASON National Conference will get a sneak peek at this curriculum.

The partnership will be officially unveiled during JASON Learning’s 2024 National Conference, “Trailblazers of Tomorrow: Innovation in STEM,” which will be held on July 1 – 2, 2024, at the Lansdowne Resort and Spa in Leesburg, VA.

Pinar Seyhan Demirdag, Co-Founder of Cuebric, will deliver a keynote address on July 1 from 9:15 to 10:00 a.m. EST, where she will share insights into the potential of AI-driven creativity and its impact on education. This will be followed by a demo of Cuebric during a breakout session on July 1 from 11:00 to 11:45 a.m. EST, giving attendees a firsthand experience of the platform’s capabilities.

Hosted by JASON Learning, the annual event brings together superintendents and educators from across the United States, providing an opportunity to explore innovative learning solutions and commit to transformative educational practices. “At Cuebric, we believe in harnessing the power of AI to unlock creativity and drive innovation. Every day, the world is changing faster than the education system, and students will be lost by the time they graduate if they don’t learn the tools they need to compete in an ever-changing and challenging workforce. Our partnership with JASON Learning represents a transformative step towards reimagining education for the age of Artificial Intelligence.”

This collaboration between Cuebric and JASON Learning will redefine the American education system, shifting the focus from the traditional three Rs—reading, writing, and arithmetic—to the five Cs—creativity, curiosity, critical thinking, consciousness, and collective care.  By placing creativity at the center of learning, education becomes an engaging, personalized experience.

“With Cuebric’s platform, we’re introducing a powerful new tool for learning that will revolutionize how students engage with STEM concepts. Teachers can take any JASON activity and bring it to life like never before. Take ‘Monster Storms’ for instance—teachers can leverage Cuebric for students to create visual representations of extreme weather phenomena. By combining Cuebric’s interactive capabilities with JASON content, students can explore STEM in a whole new way.”

Lori Bedsole, Director of Content Development at JASON Learning

JASON Learning was founded 35 years ago by Dr. Robert (Bob) Ballard, a researcher and explorer best known for his discovery of the RMS Titanic. JASON Learning’s programs provide educators with cutting-edge resources and tools to facilitate hands-on learning, fostering STEM literacy, critical thinking, and problem-solving in students of all backgrounds. From innovative curriculum development to engaging digital content and real-world expeditions, JASON Learning is committed to inspiring and educating students to explore and understand the world around them.

“Throughout history, explorers like Dr. Ballard have ventured into the unknown, uncovering the secrets of our planet’s oceans and landscapes and expanding our knowledge and understanding of Earth’s wonders. Similarly, trailblazers like Pinar are now venturing into the realms of creativity and artificial intelligence.

Cuebric and JASON Learning are exploring new ways to unlock human potential and reshape how we learn and innovate. Just as Dr. Ballard’s expeditions revealed the hidden depths of our world, Pinar’s work with AI-driven creativity illuminates new pathways for learning and expression and takes us into uncharted territories in education and imagination.”

Dr. Eleanor Smalley, President and CEO of JASON Learning

In pursuit of their mission to make innovative education accessible to all students, Cuebric and JASON Learning are seeking philanthropic partnerships to expand access to their learning modules and ensure that students nationwide can benefit from these transformative educational opportunities. Individuals and organizations who are passionate about shaping the future of education and would like to join Cuebric and JASON Learning in this endeavor are encouraged to reach out to explore partnership opportunities.
